I’m Carine Jocelyn.
I am a seasoned executive and Master Certified Professional Life Coach - MSPLC providing consulting services, coaching and support to individuals and organizations.
I am an organizational management expert, public speaker, workshop facilitator, advocate, and trainer with experience managing national/international programs focusing on women and girls' empowerment. I served on several boards of directors, task forces, and committees. In New York, I have affiliated my non profit coaching work with the Support Center for Nonprofit Management and through MPG Consultants she supports the DEIB goals of various organizations. I was recently selected as a member of the prestigious Non Profit New York Excellence Awards Selection Committee. I am a board member of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management and trained as an interim Executive Director.
In 2018, I was selected as a fellow of the Juno Collective as part of the Omega Institute’s commitment to women leaders. The Juno Leadership Collective is a year-long immersive training program at the OWLC for women leaders in nonprofit organizations working on issues including equality, justice, sustainability, violence, and economic empowerment. The Juno Leadership Collective brings together all of the lifelong learning resources of Omega Institute to offer an integrated approach to leadership development, personal growth, and social change.
In 2017, to continue my commitment to Haiti and to women and girls, I founded The Haitian Women's Collective.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, a Masters in Public Administration,and professional certifications in Human Resources and Organizational Development & Leadership.
